O’kra

O’kra is a functional sparkling beverage company founded by Anna Cobb under Rejuvenation Beverage Co., built around okra as its core ingredient, and positioned within the growing wellness beverage market.

The company had to solve a significant formulation challenge during development by reducing okra’s natural mucilage while maintaining carbonation and a clean drinking texture. That product-development process became central to the company’s differentiation within the functional beverage category.
