People of B.C.’s South Coast you anticipate a surprise to erupt on Christmas Day. According to world BC scientist Mark Madryga, the place is expected to experience severe rain and strong winds. In Metro Vancouver, east winds will probably blow to 80 km/h, mainly near the Strait of Georgia, by late night and in the afternoon and evening, Madryga added. A low-pressure program will view southern Vancouver Island earlier on Boxing Day, but Madryga said there is still some confusion about the course. According to current forecasts, the wind will pass through the Juan de Fuca Strait, Madryga added, limiting the B.C. South Coast to receive the strongest winds and heavy rain. The low-pressure center that caused strong winds to pour into the South Coast on Monday evening has moved north to the Central Coast on Tuesday night and will enter northern B.C. on Tuesday afternoon.
