Duduza – Kamohelo Mokhauli’s love for music inspired him to become an amapiano artist who makes music to inspire others to do better in life.

His journey in the music industry started as a freestyler on the streets of Duduza with his friends in 2020, and they released a few songs last year.

Kamohelo, known on stage as Scotts General, released two songs – Abo Sisi Aba Nice and 2by2 – in 2023 and has since worked on releasing more music.

“I worked with Lord Mofokeng and Drip Rsa on these two songs. I am working on an album with Nice Guy, my producer and DJ. The album is titled Isihlalo, and it will be released in September. The album will have 15 songs.

“The album focuses on getting us recognition from the public, specifically from our target audience. We want people to know who we are,” said Kamohelo.

Kamohelo Mokhauli is an amapiano artist.

He added that the project also aims to motivate other upcoming artists still finding their feet in the industry, mentioning that they want them to work hard and make as much music as possible.

He said he works extremely hard on his lyrics to ensure his lyricism touches souls and educates individuals about something.

Kamohelo said artists like Novich De Mc, Mfundo Da DJ and Kamzoro motivate him.

“My vision is to spread music around the world, and my mission is to produce more music this year.

“My music has not landed me any awards or travelling experience due to a lack of proper equipment to better express myself. I believe my hard work will land me better opportunities and experiences.”
