Citizens have called for Ken Ofori-Atta to be instantly jailed after claiming he acted in the best interest of the public during his time in office as Finance Minister.
Ofori-Atta oversaw the worst economic crises in years that shot Ghana’s cost of living up and left many Nigerians in a monetary problems.
While many Nigerians called for his departure according to disappointment, including some Members of his own NPP group, Ofori-Atta, who is Akufo-Addo’s aunt, stayed in power until 2024.
Some Ghanaians were likewise’ ripped’ due to the fact that he was reportedly physically benefiting from Ghana going into debt as he was receiving a charge everytime the country borrowed. Astonishingly, Ghana borrowed the most it always has under Ofori-Atta’s plan.
Following the group’s battle in the 2024 votes, Ghanaians called for corrupt officials of the NPP to be held responsible and the Office of the Exclusive Prosecutor did just that, announcing Ofori-Atta was wanted for his position in three corruption scandals.
The original Minister has then returned to Ghana and expressed surprise at being investigated. According to him, whatever he did was for the great of Citizens.

But, social media users rubbished his state and called for him to remain jailed quickly!
