Sabelo Maziya has been a music producer, beatmaker and artist since 2020 and is set to release new music.
Tsakani – Sabelo Maziya is an amapiano artist whose love for music inspired him to journey into this industry.
He is better known to his fans as ‘Sabta D’Musiq’, and is a beatmaker and producer. SA DJ and record producer Vigro Deep inspired Maziya’s musical journey in 2019.
“I was inspired to see this young man make the country dance. I also wanted to accomplish that one day. My motivation toward this career was infused by many successful people who made it out of the township. Many are well-recognised and striving in the music industry.
“I have a serious passion for music, which keeps me going even when it seems impossible,” he said.
He discovered the FL Studio software in 2020, and that is when he started his music career. He also taught himself how to use the software.

“I have produced songs like Mnike featuring Nonkosii, Kwenzakalani, Ma-ada, Jackson, Flashconet, iSigidi, Taii vocals and various other artists. It should soon be released on all digital platforms.
”I am working on a single titled iSigidi-gidi with Tshxlo, Taii Za and Zack SA,” he added.
He said he envisions himself as a successful record label owner, rubbing shoulders with all the right people.
His goal is to get his name out by releasing more music.
“The mission is to provide people with music that heals, makes you dance and that people can relate to. Music has contributed to growing my confidence and improved my social skills because, in music, you need to work with other musicians and artists to grow,” he concluded.
