Le Juge des référés du Tribunal de Grande instance de Dakar a finalement tranché dans le différend opposing the leadership of the Parti socialiste (PS) to a faction dissident from the political formation. The Tribunal has in its decision declared “nulle la procédure pour irrégularité de fond”.. The Tribunal had previously rejected the plea of incompetence, comme étant “mal fondée”. As regards the end of non-recevoir derived from the absence of moral personality, the Tribunal has stated that “it is rather analysed as a cause de nullité pour irrégularité de fond”. He was also a member of the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and the National Assembly of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). The assignment aims to put an end to his replacement and to restore legality within the party. The applicants maintain that since the death of Ousmane Tanor Dieng in 2019, no congress has been organized and that the PS instances are at a standstill. He was elected as a Member of the Constituent Assembly of the National Assembly of the Republic of Rwanda on 1 January 2014 and was re-elected on 1 January 2014. La défense d’Aminata Mbengue Ndiaye had rejected the arguments of the opposing party, recalling that a congress is already planned for December 2025.
