In connection with a shooting earlier this month, authorities in Toronto say they have arrested and charged a 51-year-old with first-degree crime. Police were called to the Fairholme Avenue and Shermout Avenue area of North York on December 9 shortly after 4 a.m., close to Lawrence West Subway Station. A man was shot outside a house on Fairholme Avenue when officers arrived at the scene. Officials later identified the target as 69-year-old Mariano De-Marco. Trending Then

On Tuesday, Dec. 24, police said they had arrested a 51-year-old gentleman and charged him with first-degree death in relation to the dying. According to authorities, the victim had shot and died at the field.
