  Five months after the general elections scheduled in December, the ruling party Movement of United Hearts (MCU) held its second ordinary congress of the year in Bangui. Objective: to invest its candidates and prepare the campaign. President Touadéra was appointed to a new term of office, made possible by the new Constitution.
